Product descriptions, availability and prices may change without notice. If an item is unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you and issue a refund.

Our products are pet accessories and lifestyle items. They are not medical, veterinary or therapeutic products and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Always supervise your pet during use and choose products suited to their size and behaviour.

Orders are confirmed once payment is completed at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel an order in the case of pricing errors or suspected fraud.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased.
